Full Professor of Design at the School of Architecture ETSAM, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid UPM.
She is co-responsible for a Design Studio Group UD.RIBOT, also called CoLaboratorio.
She founded and co-directed MIPPA, Master in Industrialization, Prototyping and Architectural Design.

Her interests focus on three interrelated fields: Industrialization, Circularity and Customization. It means the priority use of systematic and customizable architectural solutions and her interest in collaborative and construction self-restraining pedagogical processes.

This has meant CUATRO50 Industrialized Housing System, co-directed since 2007. In 2023 they finished Casa Pádel, Finalist in CSAE and Spanish Pavilion Internalities, Venice Biennale 2024 Awards.

From the educational point of view, in 2009 founded and co-leads the CoLaboratorio Group: Manufacturing, Prototyping and Collaboration. She publishes 8 books with CoLab. Among them Open Building 2.0. 2017 First Award at “Spanish Biennale XIV BEAU” and Open City. Re-thinking the Post-Industrial City 2020.

She also co-leads Educative Innovation Group GIE Integrated Design Mechanism, with more than 12 Innovative Projects. Projects awards in 2015, 2018 and the Group Recognition in 2019. Personal First Innovation UPM Awards 2021.
