Submission of Annual Reports 2023–2024

Hello everyone,
The deadlines for submitting the annual reports for the 2023/24 academic year, research plans, and enrolment for the 2024/25 academic year have now been published. Please remember that submitting these reports and enrolling each academic year are mandatory requirements for PhD candidates. Failure to do so may result in permanent withdrawal from the doctoral programme.
Please remember that you must submit your annual reports between June 17 and July 12 through the Thesis platform.
The Annual Report and Research Plan for the 2023/24 academic year will follow this schedule:
Submission of reports by students: June 17 – July 12, 2024
Evaluation by supervisors: June 17 – September 13, 2024
Evaluation by the Doctoral Academic Committees (CAPD): June 17 – September 30, 2024
In addition, at its meeting on June 12, the EID Steering Committee established the ordinary enrolment period for the 2024/25 academic year as July 20–31 and September 4–October 10, 2024.
