For requests submitted by PhD candidates that cannot be processed through the Thesis platform (such as applications for research stays, co-supervision requests, approval of examination committees, thesis proposal submissions, etc.), all documentation must be received by the Department of Architectural Design (proyectos.arquitectura@upm.es) before the submission deadline indicated below, which is usually 7 days before the scheduled meeting of the Doctoral Academic Committee (CAPD).

– Documentation submission deadline: May 31, 2024
Documents received after the submission deadline will not be included on the agenda for that month’s committee meeting and will instead be considered at the following meeting.
