Encuentros de Doctorado 2025/26 // Sesión formativa

Dear PhD Candidates,

The training session for the autumn semester will take place on Tuesday, 2 December, in Room PFC-5 on the third floor of ETSAM. This is “WORKSHOP III: WRITING + Bibliography”, and will consist of the following activities:

-16.00 Lecture by Professor Débora Domingo-Calabuig (Universitat Politècnica de València) on the topic related to this third workshop of the Cycle.

-16.00-18.30h Workshop in thematic tables. For this meeting, attendance is mandatory. Each participant must send, no later than Tuesday, 25 November, the following material: a 1,500-word text critically presenting the essential bibliography of their thesis.*

We kindly ask you to keep that afternoon available, as attendance at these training sessions is important.

The training activities cycle “Researching – 4 Actions in 4 Acts”, planned for the academic years 2024–25 and 2025–26, explores the multifaceted nature of research activity through four complementary research languages: oral, graphic, textual and exhibition-based, which respectively make up the workshops: Speaking, Drawing, Writing and Exhibiting. Each academic year includes an inaugural lecture and two thematic workshops.
